I was really impressed with their mind think on the crawl space. They made a 4 foot crawl space which is as deep as the base of the footer. They said this is how deep we put our crawl space because that way the plumber, and the electrician and the heating guy don't have to crawl on their stomachs in dirt. They said it doesn't take that much more because they have to go so far anyway. Then they put a very thin, kind of rough cement floor in it but it was more than sufficient for a plumber or a heating guy or an electrician to walk on. Everything they did was super fast and it was just amazing. They did everything that I asked them to in the middle of winter of one of the heaviest snow winters that we've had. I didn't have to run any plumbing but they did all the electrical. They have different guys that do different things. It was a huge project. They had to remove our whole living room floor. They were reasonable in their prices. They were getting 20 and 25 dollars an hour at that time. I don't know how they rate now. They did what needed to be done. They did all the finish work and their work is really spot on. Every one who comes over there is very pleased. They are so busy that they are booked like a year and a half out.

Guys showed up on time, every day in the snowiest months of the year. They did all this work in 10 weeks. People drove by every day just to see the changes. They also put in a stone wall with a raised hearth for a gas fireplace I had, did the electrical work, drywall and finish work on that, all the woodworking. Also put a wrap around porch with a wheel chair ramp built in.

It was AMAZING....the concrete guys had to be on their toes because when the builder said they would need X-amount of yards at a certain time, they were spot on for time and amount. They did all the above work in 10 weeks during one of the snowiest winters we've had here in Wisconsin in years. Other builders are looking for work and these guys are booked at least a year in advance they are that GOOD!!!
