After many calls to other plumbers who were unavailable or who did not respond, John was able to help us the next day. He was at our door promptly at the agreed time. He analyzed the problem and check to see if the existing pump was still serviceable in order to avoid unnecessary expense. He explained what he was doing and why at each step. He was courteous and showed me what had likely caused the pump to fail. Reasonable rate and a veterans discount. Very satisfied and would definitely call upon him again.
