We have nothing but good things to say about working with Superior Waterproofing. From the initial consultation with Michael all the way through to the final project we could not have been more satisfied. We never felt we were being "over sold" or pressured in anyway. Ryan and Kenny were awesome in handling all of our questions during the actual work which took a few days to complete. Professional, hard working company that I would highly recommend to anyone with basement water issues.

Had a water issue in the basement in my mom's condo. Received a quote for drain tiles promptly from Super Waterproofing. They were booked several weeks out, which isn't a bad thing....I want someone who is busy as it speaks to the quality of their work. As we are in the process of selling the condo, Superior was willing to work with us to meet the timeline established by the buyer. They also went above & beyond to answer all our questions plus alleviate any concerns for our buyer. While I hope I don't need their services again in the near future, I won't hesitate to call them if I need work done at my own home. I highly recommend them for the quality of the work and how easy they were to work with.

Great job on gutters and leaf protection (fine mesh screens). Thoroughly explained all the pros and cons of my options as part of a basement window well leaking problem instead of insisting that any one-size-fits-all solution they offer exclusively is what should be done. Mike their General Manager was very helpful and all their emplyees were courteous and skilled.

I have a very old house with no drain tiles.  Superior excavated INSIDE the basement, installed drain tiles and a sump pump (which i never had before either.)  They put in the appropriate fill and new concrete.  While there was a problem with the bottom landing (it was not even and had not been properly poured), the owner responded quickly when I called with my concerns.  He took extra time to make sure that everything was perfect, including installing a molding at the base of the walls.  I am thrilled to no longer have a stream running through the laundry room every time it rains!

Superior Waterproofing was promt with their services. They were very competitively priced and pleasant to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to other people.

After we found a large leak in our basement crawl space shortly after purchasing our
first home, we obtained bids from three different companies. Mike Dewey at
Superior Seamless, Inc. gave us the best bid for waterproofing our crawl space,
without trying to sell us on more work that we didn’t actually need. Mike and
his team completed our project in a timely manner, and all of his employees
were very nice and courteous. Mike was on site every day, and was always ready
and willing to answer any questions we had. Being first time home owners, money
was tight, but Mike was happy to set up a payment plan for us over a 12 month
period. Mike and his team really made our first home-repair experience easy and
affordable.

The crew did a *great* job, even returning very promptly to clear up one little fussy thing that was bothering me -- and without complaint. The job looks great, was done very quickly, and all for 'way less than the cost for one trip (for me, with our very high roof lines) to the emergency room!

The job went very well. Mike, the supervisor, was at our home within 48 hours of my call and gave me an estimate on the spot. The crew showed up on the scheduled day and were very professional, answering any questions and keeping me informed of the progress. The job was done on time and on budget. Very pleased with the work. Since completion of the project, we have had one heavy rainstorm and did not have a drop of water in the basement.

They seemed like the best price for the quality of work they do. They will replace the gutter and the fascia behind the gutter. They were thorough and detailed in their estimate. The overall experience went great.
