It takes time for him to get in, but when he comes, he gets it done for us. He is really busy. I called him early in the year because I had a coupon from him when I had been to a fair. I brought the plans in and showed him what the plans were, so as to know what to order. I think he has three guys who work for him. When he cut the hole in to put my sink in, he put a little rubber feeds on it; that is my cutting surface. He made some extra cutting boards from the same stuff. The coupon was worth $500 for a free sink. The overall experience was excellent. They were very professional. The price is a bit high, but reasonable. The quality was excellent and they were very punctual. I have recommended to others, in fact two people from my church got their counter-tops done. They came in for the measurements once, and then within a couple of days they were with the counter-tops and they were done.
