Doug Sharpe Construction

Doug came to us saying he could do the job. He started off ok but it wasn't long before he would not show up for days. When he did show, he worked half a day, asked for another money installment, then he left. It came down to where we would not see him for weeks and sometimes months and calling didn't work because he wouldn't answer his phone. We would get bills from sub contractors that he did not pay out of the money we gave him but couldn't find Doug to discuss the issue. This went on for over a year. Long story short; Doug got paid, house is half done, and we were left with the added expense to get another contractor in to finish what Doug didn't.

He is the kind of guy who will put in a couple extra outlets if he sees the need. He does maintenance and built his wife's beauty parlor from the ground up. Extremely fair price wise. He does work in all levels of homes. He came after another job to patch up a hole in the ceiling after a plumber had to cut it.
