The staff at the Chippewa Veterinary Clinic are awesome--very friendly and knowledgeable. Their groomer, Kathy, has been there forever and really knows her stuff. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else!

Grooming was about $40 and veterinary care was about $300. What keeps me coming back is the location. They're very professional and we like the work that they do. They treat us and our dog very well. My dog is tickled to death. He loves it. The staff is very friendly and caring about your animals. We've had pets that sleep over there and they're very sensitive.

Been going here for years, they are very knowledgeable, polite and caring for your pet.
This partiuler visit went very well, dropped my dog off in the morning, she was ready to go with perfectly white teeth by mid afternoon. They even trimmed her nails for me.

I like there services but they are way to expensive. I have 2 dogs and have found that I can not afford to go there anymore as every time I go there it is at least $100.00 per visit. The vets were good and efficient but the prices are way to much. Found another vet about 25% less and am really happy there.

They were courteous and professional. Dr. Mayberry was the vet at that time.

Our dog was constantly itching to the point of bleeding.
Dr. Langhoff examined a skin scraping under the microscope and then explained the pros and cons of different medication options, including the cost.
For example, one drug could cause frequent, sometime uncontrollable urination; another was quite expensive, but could possibly be combined with a third drug to make it work better with smaller dosages.
I was impressed that she took time to really understand our circumstances and to look up the exact prices of different combinations of medications.
The medication worked, and our dog is back to normal again.

Our dog got a yeast infection in his ear, so I took him in to get some drops. We've been going there for about two years and all the previous times, our vets have been great. However this time I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. The vet's name was Robert. My dog is a big dog and last time he was there he had his nails clipped, which he hates. When the vet came in, He did not greet my dog, or let him smell him. He didn't even acknowledge the dog. He just went up and grabbed my dogs sore ear. The growled, and the vet insisted on putting a muzzle on, which I was fine with. But then he gave me a lecture on how I would need help getting these drops in because my dog was so "aggressive." I explained to him that my dog has never, growled at me, or bit anyone, or been aggressive towards any humans before. His response was "well he has a really high jaw pressure." He just kept telling me how bad my dog was. I was furious by the end, I walked out and as I left he stated "I don't want you to get hurt." I gave my dog those drops for two weeks twice a day and he sat down and let me do it no problem. I later called the vet office and they said you could request specific vets. We really like Kristy and she always talks to the dogs, and pets them and is respectful of their fear. So we will go back but specifically request her. This was not the first time with Robert. We have another dog that I brought in because she was yelping after going camping. She's a lab and gets really excited whenever we take her anywhere. When I brought her in I was in tears, and Robert didn't believe me because of her excitement. He finally did an xray to appease me, and it showed she had eaten some sort of dead animal and had bone stuck in her intestines that she couldn't pass. She needed antibiotics and Reglan, a drug to help her intestines pass the bones. I will never let Robert touch my animals again.

We spent $22 on the last visit. We would tell other members that they got us in pretty fast, did a good job and were fairly priced. They were also very knowledgeable on anything else that came up, were willing answer questions and they were very patient.
