We appreciate the feedback. When we provided the estimate for the work, we told the gentleman of the house that we would try to work the project in the next day or two if a technician ran ahead of schedule. The garage was always open and we left with the understanding that we could come as soon as we had an available technician. We apologize for any misunderstanding and try very hard to treat every customer the same way we would like to be treated. Regarding the cost, when we were originally contacted it was to provide an estimate to replace a broken door. When we arrived to do the estimate we felt that the door was in fairly good shape and could be repaired for a much lower cost than replacing. Customer seemed happy we were able to repair the door for $166 versus the replacement options starting at around $600 and up.
