Be very careful dealing with Steve Wiggins and those he contracts with. There is no walk in office you can sit down in, everything is done at the local lumber yard or his pickup truck. We started to build a home with this company, had to back out due to medical issues and forfeited $20k plus about $5k interest. Expensive lesson. He went silent for 4 months, no communication, breached the contract and just after we’d contacted an attorney in Madison, he paid us our money minus the $20k. He seems to have a lot of friends locally so beware. I may have lost $25k but it was probably cheaper than owning one of his homes. The IRS will gradually return my funds overtime. Caution dealing with these people, he also has a lot of realtor buddies which will steer you his way.

After the entire neighborhood used this company to fix two separate storm damage incidents we decided to give them a shot. Very professional, very punctual, and very good job with the work they did. Are they storm chasers, yes. Are they better than the other companies, yes. They are an actual Home Builders and not a "fly-by-night", gone in 6 months company. Their workers did a very good job, but can be a little sloppy cleaning up. Head supervisor was awesome and answered any questions and fixed any "issues" very quickly. He even, personally, went to buy a new skylight after the one the purchased didn't fit.

They do great work but they don't clean up after themselves very well. Some of it was covered by insurance so I wasn't really a part of the price. I paid a deductible and bought some amenities that they installed. I would never want to deter someone from using them because their workmanship is fantastic. They were fast. Sometimes their communication wasn't good. I have recommended them to two people but I told them to tell them to clean up. I would use them again but I would tell them to clean up after themselves.
