Excellent! Everything was worked out on the phone, and all the windows arrived in good shape and as expected. A reasonably good do-it-yourselfer should be able to install the windows. Just make sure to measure your window openings extremely well. The windows will arrive 1/16" less then the dimensions you supply. They are custom made to the dimensions you provide. The fit of the windows wiil be only as good as your measuring capability. In short, measure every opening at least three times!
