Description of Work: After calling and scheduling a visit for AC checkup, they called the day of the appointment (2 hours before they were supposed to be here) to reschedule because they "were too busy with emergency calls from the elderly on oxygen and children with no air conditioning". The temperature when they called was 68 degrees. They also said they anticipated more calls because of the "impending storms". I don't appreciate arguing with their caller, whether she was an employee or scheduling serrvice. We had scheduled the check up to get a second opinion on some work another company had recommended. We know some work needs to be done, but wanted another quote. Apparently, that is not important enough to this company. This is horrible customer service. In my opinion, they just wanted to take advantage of other calls for more money. Don't take appointments for something if it is not a priority. I was assured that it wouldn't be rescheduled again, because they could mark the appointment "do not reschedule", as if that made it ok to bump me now. I changed my plans to be available for this day (which was their suggestion, I did not request this day) and time only to get bumped for more profit potential "emergencies" on a cloudy, 68° day. Complete nonsense.
