Excavation, Concrete Repair
They had no idea about the building codes in the city where we live. The ciy insector had to inform the owner. They delayed the pouring of our front steps by 6 months while they kept tlling us that the drawings were submitted, then telling us they needed to come out to take measurements before they could do the drawings to submit. Owner kept telling us one thing, they delaying, and telling us another. They tore up an outside electric line and would not repair it.
