It wasn't good. They not only didn't get the floor cleaned, they sprayed sealer all over my stainless steel appliances. So we had to make a settlement with them which didn't even cover 2 appliances let alone 3 because they prorated us. They really gave us a hard time about it.

I am selling my parent's house and the buyer wanted the air ducts
cleaned and the air conditioner vents cleaned as well. Since the house
has a boiler and not a furnace, there were no heating air ducts to clean
out. However, the gentlemen contacted their supervisors and asked
about blowing the dust out of the air conditioner vents and vacuuming
the grills for the fireplace. They stayed with it and performed the
service even though I think it was out of the ordinary for them. I was
happy with their professionalism and the service. The price was right
too since we are selling the house.

I hired SearsClean of Milwaukee to clean my air ducts. Overall I was very happy. SearsClean was significantly less than other air duct cleaning companies, so much so I was asking what the catch was. I was expecting a higher price but it was 199, as advertised. The only thing that went wrong was they canceled the day of due to a truck breakdown. They came the next day. I think they did and ok job cleaning with their vacuums and compressed air but the value is unbeatable. The crew that came to my house said they were from West Allis.

A coupon book arrived in the mail and I called the number. This was the best deal I had seen on air duct cleaning and I have been meaning to have it done for years. I arranged a date, they were quite flexible. The person who made the appointment told me what to expect and warned me to put our cats in a safe place. She said that the vacuum could suck up a 15 pound bowling ball. When we had the ducts cleaned, I did not doubt her word. Sears sent 2 men. They explained the procedure and started. The job took about 2 hours. My only complaint is that they did not have aluminum tape to seal up the hole they had made in the basement duct. They said that they would return at the end of the day to fix the problem. They didn't show. I actually didn't care that they didn't return for two reasons. First, my husband sealed the duct. Second, my cats were terrorized by the whole experience. I think they would have run if the Sears truck returned. My house is less dusty and I'm :)
