Jim worked on a time and materials basis which worked out well as the job was somewhat open-ended. He was prompt and put in long days and I thought the price was very reasonable. He did good work and kept the area clean.

He did a great job. He gave me the paint colors to pick and helped match the colors to the color of the roof. He did the work he said he would do.
