It is very good. The people they send out are pretty good. Their office is very responsive, but they do have some communication difficulties in the office. I have never been to their office.

I was not happy with them at all. I had no problem with the woman who cleaned my house. She was a lovely lady and she did a good job. She was punctual, but she did not last long. I had problems with their billing procedure. I felt that it was very amateurish. They only had a lady working part time to take care of the books. I was not able to get hold of her when I needed to. They sent somebody else once, when my regular lady could not come, but they didn t inform me about this. Communication with them was not really good. It was easy to get hold of someone on the phone. However they did not listen to me properly. Their responsiveness is not good. They don t listen properly and they don t communicate with each other properly. They don t transport messages from the people who talk to them back to who ever needs to hear the message. They need to improve a lot.

Home Instead helps people to live at home instead of going to a nursing care center by running errands, and anything else that you can't do for yourself. The lady that worked with us was very honest and reliable, you couldn't ask for anything more. She was very prompt and helpful.
