VERY POLITE. I TOOK THE CHANDELIER TO THE STORE AND THEY REPAIRED THE LAMP. I WENT TO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP AND ONE OF THE CANDLES HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THEY WERE EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC, BUT I HAD TO LEAVE IT THERE AND DRIVE UP AGAIN THE NEXT WEEK.
