I decided to purchase a replacement, same model but larger mowing deck. I was treated with respect and quite fairly. I believe the VIP category I received on my new purchase was an excellent deal: Free blade sharpening at any time, free pick up and delivery of my mower when I have an annual maintenance and tune-up, 6 months no interest, no money down on the new mower. No hassle; customer satisfaction.
