Badgerland Facility Services (BFS) is a home and commercial renovation, grounds and building maintenance company that offers professional, courteous, and dependable services to home owners and businesses throughout the following area: Cedarburg, Grafton, Germantown, Hartland, Madison, Menominee Falls, Milwaukee, Pewaukee, Sussex,Racine, Waukesha and West Bend, WI and their surrounding areas. We have a small work force that help us keep up with our daily work requests but on some occasions we do source out. This generally depends on the type and size of the job. Otherwise our staff works very hard to meet your expectations in a timely manner. Satisfaction is guaranteed, we are not satisfied with our services unless you are! We also do not require payment until home projects are completed or unless another type of arrangement is made. Badgerland Facility Services is fully insured and bonded, providing liability and property damage coverage as well as employee bonding and all other applicable forms of insurance coverage. All employees are screened for your protection. Our per hour rate $30.00 to $45.00 dollars an hour depending on the project and frequency. Finally, we have solid references. Most of our business has been through referrals and our we are very grateful to the support we have received from our clients.
