Had bats living under our wooden eaves between the wood and the stone on our old Farmhouse. These guys were professional and installed excluders and also blocked off access points for the little guys. Also a one year guarantee.

It did not go well or as explained. Nice people till I signed the contract then no follow up help. Less than 1 year guarantee that they didn't stand behind.

They basically install a bat doorway whereby bats can exit and can't return, and caulk and patch all other bat entrances. On the initial visit, Jay did a thorough search of the intererior (we had a bat flying around the night before), and then told us how we could shoo the bat out the door - which we easily did that night. We highly recommend these guys!
