Don't do business with him.... you will get nothing but delays and unfulfilled promises.

The problem was something simple, but he had to make two trips for it and figure it out. He was on the ball. It's just one guy who does the work. He does a good job, but he spreads himself a little thin. As far as his punctuality, he can come in anytime and you just never know; we live in a farm.

In 2009, I called him to request a service call. My unit was not working. He said it needed a new compressor, and suggested that he take the unit to his shop to fix it. After waiting weeks, I called to inquire on the progress. Left voice messages for him. He has always been very poor in returning calls. Months went by, seasons went by. I left many messages for him. Nothing in return from him. At the time I agreed to let him take the unit to his shop, I also ask him to give me an estimated cost on a new unit, should this one not be repairable. Never got that either. I curse him on every winter night, and every hot summer day! I would NOT recommend him for any work due to the above experience...unless you like to be ignored and taken.
