Initially I called Ray to give a quote for adding a zone to my hot water radiator system. He gave me a quote but also told me that in his professional opinion my old boiler may not be able to keep up with what I was asking. No other quote even mentioned that I may not be doing the right thing given my current system. His quote for the new zone was 1/2 to 1/3 the price of the other 2 quotes I got, so I went with him and decided to press my luck with the old boiler.
After a couple months, my old boiler did quit, so I called Ray, he got the new boiler in next day and his team went to work, installing it in a day and a half (only took that long because they had emergency calls elsewhere too).
They have always charged me at or below quoted price, no charge for estimates, no surprises, their prices are much lower than others I've seen, and they have always been a pleasure to deal with.
I would recommend Northwest Air & Water for sure.
