These guys are great! The estimate I was given over the phone was almost spot on and half as much as the Madison business we bought the fireplace from! Aaron, the technician was personable and very knowledgeable.I HIGHLY recommend this business! Did I mention they were HALF the price? I called several businesses in my area for pricing and am very happy I went with The Fireplace Professionals.

They are awesome.  The fireplace turned out great. He is really up-front about everything and explained the options for us very well.  They were very safety conscious and didn't want to do anything that wasn't exactly 100%.

Installers showed up 5 hrs late for scheduled appt. resulting in the need for an additional appt. a week later to finish. I specifically told them I did not want any joists cut and if the install was not going to work they should notify me. Smoke was entering my home and the stove was not working properly less than 1 mo. after install. Two service calls did not resolve the issues. I noted a significant draft in my home. My investigation revealed a significant hole in the wall behind the baseboard. Two 2x10 joists had been cut and a portion removed. This was covered up by the installers. No insulation shield was installed in the attic creating a safety hazard. Correspondence has taken place but timelines ignored. No apologies received or admission of damages or errors. An offer to remove the stove and a refund was recended. This has been going on for almost 2 years. I have a non-working stove weighing several hundred pounds and damages. (The installers sent were not pellet certified.)
