The beds were planted although we did not get two lilac bushes that were on the plan and rcvd 4 instead of 5 ornamental grasses. The jury is out whether or not the rest of the plants will "come back" this Spring of 2014. Its not looking good and we will be seeking a refund if they do not. The seatwall (hardscaping) turned out nicely. The lawn was installed July 2013 and at that time we expressed concern with the lack of proper grading. It was not done as agreed upon and looked terrible. When the snow melted this spring, we had a lake in our front yard. After a good rain, we had an ocean. It's a mess. We invited the contractor back to discuss and give him the opportunity to make things right. We also wanted additional work done according to our plan. After our conversation, it was clear to us this company isn't equipped to do proper grading and it was unlikely things were going to be done to our satisfaction. 75% of the lawn needs to be regraded and reinstalled and we have contacted another company to finish the job. A refund for the grading and lawn install would be appreciated.
