 + 0 moreIt went bad and was still not fixed right after 3 times being there and 3 times paying parts and labor. It's like they were parts swapping possibly and not fixing the problem the way it should have been.We had to take it elsewhere to be fixed. We would not go back.
Description of Work: Work done on a snowplow. They supposedly fixed it with new parts. However after using it the next snowfall the exact same problem happened after we tried putting the plow up. We called and took it out to them again (thank goodness we have other plow trucks) They fixed the problem yet again by charging us yet again saying it was a minor problem. After fixing it twice the season was over. We got ready the following winter only to have the same problem occur the first time out. We called complaining due to spending twice on the same issue only to be spoken to disrespectfully. We have done work with Ninneman for years prior and have waited forever for the service to be completed. However after going back after several years we have to say the work is not completed properly , They are lacking people skills and cut corners in most things.
