2. The sand texturing on the main part of the walls was fantastic but they left too many heavy sand brush marks around wall switches, short walls and other areas where they couldn't use the 18and quot; roller. They did fix some of these on their return visit, but it was impossible to fix all of them without making it look worse. In my opinion, they should have used a short 3” roller in those areas instead of a paint brush.
3. Now as painters they’re OK but no more than average. There were several missed spots and I guess they only wanted to put on one coat even though I offered to buy additional paint for a second coat. They did fix most of the missed spots on their return trip but I still found missed spots later on. Edging could have been better in some areas too. I am picky but I can paint better.
4. They did a great job dry-walling and texturing the family room walls with a few minor issues that they fixed on their return visit. Everything they were asked to do they did outstanding even areas I thought were going to be difficult came out looking great. He had to patch an area to merge into the swirled ceiling and it was perfect.
5. They had to paint around 3 very long wood beams on the ceiling and did a fantastic job. No slopping on the beams. So for
this painting they get an A+
Overall I would rate this company as follows;
Drywall for new installs: A,
Drywall repair: B,
Texturing: C+,
Painting: C+
I indicated I would not use this company again but I would consider using them for dry-walling but not painting.
