The job went great. Jeff showed up every time he said he would. Finished the job in 6 work days. He was late starting one day and had to leave early another day but told me ahead of time that he would.
He is so easy to get along with, he listened to what I wanted and would talk through everything I wanted when there was any question on how he would do it. Many times that discussion resulted in better ways to do something than either of us originally thought it should be done.
He is committed to doing things the right way even down to the smallest details. It is obvious he takes pride in what he does. He had no problem with me (the homeowner) looking over his shoulder and asking many questions.
The only problem is that Jeff is in high demand and it could be hard to get on his schedule for new construction work. I was lucky in that the timing of my job happened to hit a gap in his schedule.
