The company representative came to our home, and went over the whole job with us.  He gave us an estimate of time and materials.
He gave us an approximate time slot to do the job.
The crew arrived on time, did a thorough cleaning of the house and garage including the removal of a wasp nest under one of our shutters.
The two man crew were very thoughtful and courteous, and we would recommend them and give them a grade of A.

Went around the house and told Bill Buskuskie exactly what I wanted. I also specifically pointed out two rosebushes next to the house that I prize that I didn't want damaged. I told them I didn't mind if they had to step on other plants but be careful of the rose bushes. The things they painted first were bubbling and peeling before they even finished the job. They painted some of the doors and windows inside the garage because it was drizzling one day, and they took things from my garage and busted them apart and used them to prop up the windows and doors without even asking if it was OK. They destroyed one of my rosebushes by stepping all over it, they slopped paint onto the aluminum siding in a number of places, and they did nothing about the already peeling paint even though I told them about it before they finished the job. The replacement windows don't fit right. I called them a number of times and was told they would make it right, but they never called me again.

THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT APPEARS THAT THEY HAVE TOO MUCH BUSINESS AND DO NOT NEED MORE. PRICING IS CONFUSING, $225/HR FOR 3 HRS, $65/HR AFTER. IF JOB IS 3 DAYS LONG, EACH DAY STARTS WITH THIS PRICING. SOUNDS UNFAIR. THE OWNER CAME BY TO TAKE A PIECE OF THE BROKEN GLASS, AND PROMISED TO CALL BACK WITH INFORMATION. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, NONE OF MY CALLS WERE RETURNED. I WOULD NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY EVEN FOR AN ESTIMATE AGAIN, LET ALONE USE THEIR SERVICES.
