Owner, Mitchell Kraus, was quick to come for estimate, contract, and to take deposit (50% and >$1K) and then never performed the work nor provided refund of deposit (despite numerous claims that he was going to provide a refund and was "working on it"). Project was supposed to start April 23rd and then kept getting pushed back with little to no communication - typically not answering calls (and voicemail full) or replying to texts and then every 2 or 3 days would respond to a text claiming he was coming to start the next day, only to not show up, and not respond to calls/texts for another day or two. On May 7th we informed him (after numerous discussions and warnings of "last chance to come start the project" that we needed a refund as no work was completed. No response until May 9th asking to come start the project to which we declined and requested refund, again. As of today, June 5th, still no refund despite numerous claims of "being at the bank" and "working on it", and "will have it by Friday".
