Dr. Harrell- Waters is kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable.  She
has been taking care of our cat for his entire life, and has been
reliable and clinically has helped us solve and avoid health concerns. 
Her approach is sincere and she treats animals and their owners with a
great deal of respect.  The fact that she comes right to your door means
you don't have to take the trouble to lug your pet to an
office, making them anxious.
 A+ from us.  And we are picky.  :)

I have used Dr. Dionne for several years and can't say enough good things about her. She explains everything that's going on and is very caring. One of my cats has allergy issues which seem to pop up at very inconvenient times. There are times I've had to email her on a weekend for guidance on treatment not expecting an answer until Monday morning. I'm always surprised when I get a response from her on a Saturday or Sunday. I recently had an emergency with one of my cats and had to take him to another vet. The treatment they recommended would have cost $500. I decided to wait and make a final decision after I talked to Dr. Dionne. The treatment she recommended cost $50. My cat is totally healed and back to normal.

Cherished Companion has taken care of my dogs for many years. Dr. Dionne is one of the most compassionate caring vet I have ever met. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes the visit comfortable for the pet and owner. I highly recommend Cherished Companion for your pets.

I have had Dr Harrell taking care of my cats for over 6 years she is always kind and compassionate. If there is a problem she can't handle she will direct you to a regular vet clinic and I have two in my area she likes.

It went great. My cats tolerated this much better than they did taking them into the vet. I felt very comfortable with her, and I could tell she loved all animals. She also explained everything as she went. I will definitely be using her in the future. I would highly recommend her if your animals get stressed out taking them in.

Professional did a very good job.Recommendations to keep kitty healthy.Comes to your home.Services are performed in an office on wheels which is very state of the art and clean.Fees are in line with other vet practices,plus a trip charge which she lets me split with my neighbor who also sees her for her dog.She is wonderful to work with.Does not do emergency calls but recommends animal ER's.Excellent service if your pet can't take the visit out to a vet, or if you are elderly. I highly recommend this provider.

There are gifts that come to us in times of need and Dr. Dionne is one. She helped us through Max's end of life. Her kindness, compassion and love for life is evident in her approach to animals and humans. Her explanations are detailed and understandable. She is a wonderful mix of textbook veterinary medicine and genuine care and consideration for others.

It always goes very smoothly. The vet examines the dogs, suggests lab work, vaccinations, whatever needs to be done. Her prices are very good, esp. compared to a vet with a storefront. She calls to remind you of needed check-ups.

Arranged a time when we could be at home and Dr Harrell-Water could come. She called to confirm, and showed up as scheduled. Because I have 4 cats, the Dr. came into the house (versus us taking the cats out to her mobile lab). We did a basic exam, shots and fecal test for all 4 cats.
