scott was excellent. went out of his way to install system on short notice. great to work with. great experience. prompt, courteous, professional.

David was punctual at 11 am. He removed the broken lock, replaced it with new parts, and reassembled the original handles. The work was done efficiently and quickly. The entire job took 45 minutes. I will certainly use Bradley again - responsive, prompt, efficient, with problem solved.

Extremely professional and very friendly. He was able to arrive earlier than expected which worked out really well.  I assumed the locks had to be replaced, but was told it just needed to be repaired.  He could easily have just replaced the locks at much more expense as I wouldn't have known.  Very honest.  I will definitely use their services again if needed.

I would highly recommend them. Our installer arrived on time, was communicative and professional. We had a very neat install at a reasonable price. After the install there were available for follow-up questions. We had such a good experience with our home security system install that we switched our long standing security system for our business to this company!

They were just outstanding. They were on time, prompt, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Their service was outstanding. One of the locks fell out and they came back at no charge for replacing it. They came back on a Friday night at 6 o'clock. That was very impressive.
