I have never dealt with such a lack of professionalism. They are contracted through my appliance insurance and were assigned to me to replace my furnace. After my insurance coverage I had an out of pocket cost, this wasn’t a problem I agreed to this amount. When their technician Alex Bradshaw finished installing my furnace I asked him, do I pay you now or do I pay someone later. He looked into his service notes and saw 2 different amounts, he was unsure which one was correct and tried to contact the office to figure it out. Nobody answered and HE told me he didn’t want to deal with it, that he was “trying to get out of here” he told me someone will contact me for payment. A short time after I had a missed call from Briana Holst their “customer service rep” she left a voicemail saying you “you agreed to these out of pocket costs I don’t know why you decided not to pay” and then texted me immediately following saying they’re going to call the sheriffs department and rip out the furnace if I don’t pay in 5 days. This came as big surprise to me considering I never tried to deny payment, I am the one who brought it up to their technician asking how I pay. Their lack of communication within their own company and lack of customer service skills resulted in me being disrespected and threatened when I did nothing wrong. Then I was told to contact them today because they want to “work it out with me and appreciate my business” when I called I spoke to Katie who never even acknowledged any of what just happened couldn’t even provide an apology for the threats and disrespect that was caused by their own error. At this point I just wanted to be done with it, I made my payment, said nothing, and now I’m giving them the reviews they deserve. On top of all of this they didn’t even do a good job with their installation I can see light shining in from outside from my basement and the pipes are loose and held in place by zip ties. My experience with this company was a disaster.

The company came out to my elderly mother’s home which I co own, unannounced with no information. Went into her basement. He took her credit card information also. This is elder abuse. Her air conditioner is new and did not need service nor did we request a service call. He made her believe I sent him. Very poor business practices.

Colton was very professional and followed COVID-19 guidelines. My furnace was not working, Colton took his time and looked over my entire furnace. He found the furnace was in working condition but the thermostat may be the problem. After installing a new thermostat the furnace kicked in. On time, courteous and professional

A Rosenthal tech came to fix a noise coming from the fan in our A/C unit. He said that the fan was set too low in the unit and it was hitting something that was causing the noise. He removed a wire from the unit but didn't do anything to address the height of the fan and said the issue was corrected. He also mentioned a separate issue with the outdoor electrical cut off and suggested we call an electrician to look at that issue. Once the tech left, the noise started again. When we called Rosenthal to request that someone come back, they changed their story, now saying that the separate issue with the outdoor electrical cut off was causing the fan noise and refused to come back.

We had a good experience with Rosenthal diagnosing the failures in our 18 year old 100,000 BTU furnace and eventually replacing it with a newer, higher efficiency model. Dane & company handled the install and everything is working as expected.

Great company to work with. Very responsive. The engineer Dan was very professional, knowledgeable and very good at explaining what the issue was and how it was going to be repaired. We came across this company through a home warranty referral. Will definitely call on them again.

I have a yearly maintenance contract with them. They are very professional. They come in and do their business. They have been coming here for years. If I have any problems, they come right away. One person usually comes out and it takes less than a half an hour. They leave the area clean. They will tell you if there are any problems that need to get fixed before it becomes a major problem. He told us our air conditioner, which is up on blocks, is sinking down. My husband has to even it up and prop it up a little. So they will tell you of any problems like that, and that’s what I like.

The owner of the company came out to do yearly service on the unit.He tells my wife that we need a new capacitor ,a different comes out and installed the part . On the first hot day no A/C. I call them back out and the same guy comes out (the one that changed the part] he tells me that I have no coolant ,and that I must of broke the line He then tells me that I need a new A/C unit for $2750.00 tried talking to the owner ,and he agrees with the tech that came out .I trouble shoot the unit with a friend who has been a service tech for 20 years ,he tells me that the guy probably hooked up the capacitor wrong. I called a different contractor ,and he tells me the same thing .He came out ,and guess what? It's wired wrong. I contact the owner for a refund ,and he says just pay your bill , and tells me that I broke the system ,and tells me to leave . He wouldn't listen to my side of the story.

Replaced a part. They then "suggested" we purchase a "plan" to keep the cost down on the part and service fee.
Ends up they had to come out again because it did not fix the REAL problem, which was a squirrel blocking the chimney !
I feel they should have caught that on the first trip.
