Ron Painter of Shorewest Realtors in Burlington, WI did an outstanding job of finding a new home for me as a buyer's agent.
I had a difficult challenge to find a low price home that was in livable condition. I had a few requirements as to property size and such, so most of the homes available turned out to be in horrible condition, despite what the listings said.
Ron was tireless in showing me houses and pointing out both the good and bad features. Luckily, I was in no hurry and we found an excellent house that met all my requirements, including price.
This was a foreclosed home, so Ron had to do lots of follow-through in negotiating changes to the buyer's agreement and dealing with the complexities of the bank which owned the property. As a result, the closing proceeded smoothly. I am delighted with my new home and could not have had a better Realtor than Ron Painter.
