Gohlke LLP Well Drilling & Complete Water Systems

On March 29th, 2015 I returned home from a trip out of town and found water bubbling up from the asphalt driveway. After securing the water, I contacted Greg Schuctz via phone (on a Sunday) asking for guidance and repair. They were at the property first thing on Monday morning to assess the issue and provide an estimate for repair. Due to the poor weather conditions and a busy schedule, they plugged me into a repair date within a week.
Once the project started, they were done in about 12 hours. A new line was placed, new hardware in the basement connecting the pressure tank, and replacement of a yard hydrant that was leaking. Everything was backfilled and cleaned up before they left the site.
They were both very responsive on returning phone calls with questions and following up on timeline changes.
Their professionalism and attention to detail truly describes the high quality of work their company provides. I will definately use them again if needed and recommend them to others.

We lost all water at 11 p.m. on a Friday night.  The company that installed our well and services 5 years previously and guaranteed 24/7 service went to voice mail and did not pick up on Saturday morning.  I called Gohlke at 8 a.m. and they said they would be over in one hour.  Tom and Greg, the owners, arrived promptly at 9, took off their shoes and went in the basement.  We have a sophisticated electronic oversized 3 stage pump that serves our house and sprinkling system.  They opened the controller, properly read the diagnostic lights, checked the wiring and tank pressure to no avail.  We had 2-4 feet of snow blocking access to our well in the backyard.  They told me what I needed for access.  I called my plow service and they came within minutes and plowed a path.  Gohlke backed the truck up without destroying anything.  They pulled the pump and checked the wiring.  The pump was the problem.  They called their supplier about 25 miles away who had a replacement.  They drove to get it and had the new pump and our system functioning at 2 p.m.  They gave us exact directions to clear the chlorine out of the system.  Greg came back on Tuesday morning and took samples for the well test.  This was great service.  I dealt directly with the owners.  Their equipment is excellent and their attitude couldn't be better.  They brought no dirt or water into the house.  Call them!
