COMPLETE TREE SERVICE

Called on Sept. 10 to schedule appointment for written estimate. Appointment scheduled for morning of Sept. 17. Called on Sept. 16 to inform them that I had made a mistake and the scheduled time would interfere with a medical appointment, They agreed to come 1/2 hour earlier.
Sept. 17 received and accepted written estimate of $225. Work was later scheduled for 8:am Oct. 1. I realized that they had arrived at about 7:55 am when I heard the chipper grinding up the first parts of one limb. I went out and saw their crew of 3 men a bucket truck and a chipper and chips truck set up and at work, They were finished and left before 8:40 am with the yard cleaner than before they arrived.

These guys were amazing. First, I was pleasantly surprised by the estimate given. I expected it to be a lot more. And when Mike came out to give me the estimate, I asked him a few questions about a couple of other trees I had concerns about, and he was more than happy to answer any questions I had.
Then, when they showed up to do the work, they got right to work, and had everything done in about 90 minutes, maybe a little less, including cleanup! No branches left, no and quot;tree messand quot; to be found. Mike even came out at the beginning to go over the job details with the crew before getting started. They were safety conscious, and knew what they were doing. There was one minor thing the crew didn't do when they first came, but they came back and had that taken care of by the end of the day. I was very satisfied with the job they did. I will certainly be calling them again if I need more tree work done.

One of the large evergreens was very close to the septic tank (reason for removal), and another was very close to the house (same reason). The work was done quickly with no damage to the septic tank, the house, or the lawn. The tree removal also included stump removal and landscaping. All this work was done while I was out of town for a family emergency. When I returned I found the locations where the trees (and the stumps were removed from) were very nicely levelled and dressed out with topsoil, and then covered with straw. All debris was removed (including the large trunks and the stump grindings), and even the area on the road where the chipper was located was swept and raked. The September work was done equally as well except for a couple of minor hiccups. They did not top dress and seed where one small tree had been removed, and they had damaged some plastic edging. These issues were quickly taken care of once they were reported. On both occasions I had also hauled several very large piles of tree branches to the side of the road and had included having that fed into the chipper both times. Again, their cleanup was top notch.

Very well. When I knew when they were coming I figured I could help, but the crew was so well trained and experienced, I would have just got in the way. Did a great job.

They did very well. Excellent job! They roto tilled my flower bed and a garden area we had, and re planted it with grass seed.

They are excellent. They are excellent in grooming trees. They take out some of the limbs and shape the tree so more sun can come through. The overall experience was excellent.

They removed an oak tree for us. They are very prompt. They came when they said they are going to be there. They cleaned up nicely after the work. They were good overall.

It turned out real well. They willingness to work with me. There wer einstruction- I wanted them to gringd up to make oak mulch and levae while taking away other. They worked with me as far as what they did.

The day of service was fast, professional, courteous, and complete.

They were polite and extremely tidy. They come equipped to do anything you need. I give them A for price, and I'm frugal.
