Needed my hot tub repaired. Tech was very polite and solved the problem. The problem is when I got the bill they overcharged me 1 hour in tech time. I have video proof of when the tech arrived and left, but they refused to adjust their bill. Additionally, the repair part is available from multiple sources on the Internet for $170, but they charged me $218, a 28% markup. I will find a different plumber for future work.

1st off they came within an hour of my call which was completely unexpected. Then the Technician went to a possible problem - that it might be dirty (actually explained to me how to do it for maintenance purposes) and when that didn't work went immediately to the solution. Technician was professional and polite. The person that took my call was the same. They called before they came and told me who would be coming. All in all a great experience for something I expected to be miserable about. I also feel the cost of the repair was fair.

Excellent work, based on the size of the job we decided to go with time and material as opposed to a flat rate, they completed in less time than expected but the materials were more so things ended up about as expected. Would definitely hire again for future work

The installation of each piece (completed over 4 months) went well, clean up was fantastic. Some helpful suggestions made the finished product better. Coordination with the tiler was great, so no part of the bathroom was out of action for long.
The office help and the work were great.

Our upstairs toilet was leaking a little bit and when I took the old toilet off, the metal ring that sits on the four-inch wide plastic PVC pipe that takes all the waste away had rotten so we called them to come out there and replace that metal ring so we can secure our toilet to the floor. We have never used them before that but they were prompt and punctual. They did a good job but they were a little expensive. We have not had any issues with the toilet since the service was provided.

We have a spa tub that was here when we purchased the house that is used only a few times a year. The motor was humming but the jets were not turning on so I called the plumber I've used for years to fix this along with a leaky toilet. He fixed the toilet but they had no clue on how to fix the spa tub. I was told to contact an electrician.
I phoned several other plumbers in my area and on Angies List and was told also that they did not service spa tubs. I called the manufacturer and was given a repair service number but it was located in Texas and they supplied no other recourse. After several frustrating calls trying to get service I was to the point that I was seriously thinking of having the spa tub replaced with a soaker tub. This would have been a huge project and expense.
Through a family member I learned that Bruesewitz had a man that could handle this. A service call was set up and Scott came and got the motor going and showed me how to reset it if the problem occurred again. He also gave me options for further use or non-use with this tub.
He was professional and took the time to explain things and did not talk down to me which I've learned to live with when I get service from several of my other contractors.
I'm planning on changing plumbers and even with the travel time it was less than what my Milwaukee plumber charges for service calls.

I called Maas and Sons on the recommendation from Phoenix Pool Installers. The Phoenix Pool owner informed me that Maas and Sons plumbed-in several pools that Phoenix had installed for the price of around one hundred dollars. I explained to Scott at Maas and Sons that I purchased the gas line and I dug the entire gas trench myself. The rest of the job would require Maas and Sons to connect the gas connection and two hoses for the pool heater. Scott at Maas and Sons quoted me two hundred dollars for the entire job. Two plumbers showed up, I informed the plumbers of the quoted price from Scott and had to leave for work. No one from Maas and Sons contacted me to inform me that the cost was much higher than quoted. I received a bill from Maas and Sons for $646.00; also, what was never discussed was the practice of starting the job and ending the job at their shop. This was a one man job for a couple of hours, not 6 hours for two plumbers! If you are wondering why it's taken me so long to report this company, it's not listed as Maas and Sons but Bruesewitz Inc. They are the same company.

We called yesterday morning, to schedule a plumber to fix the leak under our sink. We left our name and phone number with the receptionist (who is always so pleasant to talk to,) and we received a call back from the plumber, within the hour. Tom arrived shortly after the call. Although we didn't mention on the phone that we wanted to have a new faucet installed, in addition to having the leak fixed, the plumber was very accommodating, about doing it. He did an excellent job and even caulked around my sink, because he noticed that it needed to be done. I especially like that I was charged for the actual hours worked. He was here for 1 and 3/4 hours and didn't round up to 2 hours. I will certainly call this company again.
