My water softener was not working. Wayne came out and told me he care for the problem. He gave me a 30 day guarantee. After about 3 weeks told him it wasn’t working still he told me to get crystal salt not pellet I did that. Still nothing he told me he’d come back out and never showed up. After countless tries (which I have text message to prove) to get him to care for this I hired another plumber that actually did the work and got me a working water softener! I feel ripped off and taken advantage of!

"We can tell you have done this before to other companies.. Our reviews say otherwise. [Member Name Removed] again is being untruthful. He had no power to the softener . I hit the reset on his GFI outlet and had immediate power. the circuit board on his softener had to be reset. I did that and reprogramed the circuit board but had some trouble but finally got it to work. He later had more circuit board issues requiring its replacement. Most people understand that circuit board appliances require surge protection, your TV, Computers etc. He had no surge protector on the water softener. We are not responsible for customer neglect and will not replace another companies $ 600.00 circuit board free of charge."

I appreciated the way Wayne approached his work and also his sales pitch. Wayne recommended a reverse osmosis drinking system for my water quality issues where as all other water treatment companies tried to sell me on a new softener as well as other items. Affordable water treatment was extremely professional and I would certainly use them again for any treatment concerns I had in the future. The owner Wayne did all the work professionally and took greater care than I feel chain stores i.e. Culligan, etc. would have.

You can ask him any question you'd like. He answered all my questions, was very nice to me. This morning when deciding the well water treatment I realized I could get by with a reserved osmosis. He helped me read the numbers that came back on the report after having the water tested.

Wayne inspected our water softener and added two bags of salt. There were no problems with the service, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Wayne back if I needed further water treatment needs, whether it be repair or replacement of our Reverse Osmosis system or water softener work.

What a joy and delight to find Wayne! For 7 months we were dealing with another well-known company and we had nothing but problems. Thankfully, we have finally found someone reliable, honest and conscientious to handle all of our water needs for our home. He will not leave until the job is finished to his high standards. Wayne spent more than five hours installing our systems and did so meticulously, making certain that all plumbing fittings were secure, and connected all parts to ensure there would be no leaks or problems with our systems. The cost included enough salt to last us a year. Finally, we have clear, soft water, no odors, and good water pressure.

First of all... our appointment was set for 9:30 and he was actually a few minutes early! Within minutes of looking at our water softener he figured out what the problem was AND had the part on hand in his vehicle to fix it!! I would say that it took him all of 30 minutes for the entire service call.
