JOK THE ELECTRICIAN LLC

My experience with JOK was top notch. He's very professional, friendly, prompt and does great work. He explains everything he needs to do so there are no surprises. The jobsite was left clean and professional. JOK is the best and most reasonable electrician I've worked with.

Our family has used Jok many times. We wouldn't have any one else for our electrical requirements. Indoor inspection, adding required outlets, exterior outlets and power, adding appliances. He is great!

We called Jok the Electrician initially to repair a defective outlet in the kitchen. The outlet blew out awhile ago, and since we did not need it at the time, fixing it was not a priority. We now need the outlet and we called Jok. Jacques came and repaired the defective outlet and asked if there was anything else. He then brought another outlet up to code (purchasing the needed part, etc). My mother then asked him for recommendations for improving the lighting in once section of the kitchen. She has a sky light that provides ample light during the day, but is having problems with her eyesight in the evening / night. Jacques recommended adding a fixture where there had, at one time, been a clock. We purchased a fixture and he came back and installed it. My mother is very pleased. Jacques is an expert master electrician and did wonderful work. We will definitely call him again for any electrical work. He was very prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

It was very good and I liked everything. I would definitely recommend him. The price was reasonable.

Jok called me back the same day I left a message, and made an appointment for 2 days later. He showed up on time and quickly and expertly changed the light fixture. He even offered to do additional work for the flat minimum rate he charges because he finished the fixture installation so quickly. I would highly recommend Jok.

He was on time and very nice to work with. With the hanging of every light he made sure I was pleased with the height over the table before he finished it off. He offered to program the thermostat but I already knew how to do that, but it was nice of him to offer. He laid a tarp down over the carpet before he started and cleaned up any mess that was created. I asked if it were possible to put in a ceiling fan (at a later date), so he checked it out and told me my options. If I decide to do that I will be calling him back.

It went fine. He was prompt and courteous and completed the work quickly. He gave suggestions for other work he thought I could do myself. This is the third time I have used him and I will definitely use him again for electrical needs.

He did great. His pricing was reasonable. He was punctual and professional. I'm calling him back again to do some more work. He is the first company I would call for electrical work.

Jok returned my initial phone call right away. We arrived on time for first appointment. He did not charge for the initial visit. He submitted a proposal for job and materials. The job was scheduled. Jok showed up on time and completed work in a professional, friendly manner. The job cost exactly what his proposal was. We had an estimate from another electrician for $700.00 more.

I am fairly handy, though have found myself in over my head at times in electrical and plumbing. When I have had problems with electrical work I have called Jok. He has always responded promptly by phone and was really accommodating to our busy schedules. We had multiple projects for Jok and each project was completed with care and attention to detail. He was always very respectful of our possessions when making cuts into interior and exterior walls and when moving things. Following his work everything was cleaned up. He was also patient with our pets (we have 2 cats who kept trying to help). Our overall experience was EXCELLENT and we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing electrical work. He had reasonable rates and was accurate with his estimates. We will definitely have him return to do any electrical work.
