I highly recommend JM remodeling, their team was professional from start to finish. Did a bathroom remodel in a mid rise condo building in Milwaukee to get rid of an old tub turned into a walk in shower. Jake did a great job communicating and coordinating his team to complete it in the expected timeline, which was important since I have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. 10 out of 10 and happy with the outcome.

We brought on JM Remodeling for a redo of our Kitchen, full and half bath after sifting through many different contractors. For months. Lol While working with Jake, our project manager, we found him to be extremely kind and knowledgeable. He had great ideas that worked for our budget. He understood what we wanted and worked tirelessly to coordinate the different Trades that needed to be there. Which is a feat indeed. He took my calls and texts to answer questions as needed. Construction in the house for months on end is never easy- Jake did his best to keep the project moving and communicated what would be happening when. While there where a few to be expected hiccups along the way- Jake handled them professionally and with care. We are very pleased with the outcome and enjoy using our updated kitchen. I would consider them for future projects. Manny and Jacob were also fantastic. They always made sure to clean up after themselves. Thank you for that! I have used JM for a number of projects from Roofing to Concrete floor in garage. I learned long ago that you get what you pay for. JM might not be the cheapest contractor but the quality of the work is second to none. They put a new staircase outside the front of my home that has 12 steps with railings and I will get many years out of that it is so sturdy and looks fantastic. My home is very old and can be hard to work on but it didn't matter what I asked them to do, they found a way. I will pay a premium for work done at this level.

Josh at JM Remodeling is amazing to work with. He is a straight shooter, and very accommodating. JM did our roof many years ago, with a rebuild of rotted wood, and they have been responsive with any touch-up issues. When we need a new roof, I will be calling Josh. Catherine

Josh provided a realistic quote. The contractors he provided came when they were supposed to did an excellent job on the installation finished in a timely manner and came back to take care of some problems that developed.
