COMPLETE PEST CONTROL

Man arrived. Did what was needed apparently.
My house had a sudden concentration of flying gnats.
Have not had problem since treatment. Very occasional
dead fly as provider predicted.

They removed them in about an hour or two. They fumigated and we have not had a problem since.

I spoke to the owner and she was very responsive but wouldn't commit to an estimate over the phone (she had in the past). While the pest control was effective, I would recommend getting the owner to commit to an estimate beforehand. I ended up paying more than anticipated.

It went great - here's the story: The guys pressure washing our house before it was painted informed us we had bees in an outside wall (which we confirmed visually, watching them fly in and out of a gap in the siding - they'd apparently been upset by the vibration from the pressure washing). We cold-called Bee Control Inc. (found via an internet search) and talked to Mary, the principal. She confirmed that since our "bees" were yellow and black, they were probably just yellow jackets. She arrived within a couple of hours that same day, after making some calls that were already scheduled. Having confirmed that we had ordinary yellow jackets (rather than a more aggressive German strain), she sprayed an appropriate substance into and around their opening and told us that should do it (but if it didn't, just to give her a call and she'd be back - no additional charge). We didn't have to call her back: it did indeed do it - presto, no more yellow jackets! And only $85 for same day service!

In both cases her initial treatment and followup solved our pest problems.
