This was just a fabulous experience all around. I had just moved in to my new house a couple of weeks ago and the water softener malfunctioned. The insurance company contacted Zeropoint as their listed agency. Within a couple of hours I had an appointment for a service technician to arrive. JD, the technician, came right on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and recommended replacement. He expedited things with his office so the insurance angle could be taken care of. The company worked us in the next day for installation. JD explained everything, how water softeners worked, set up the RO exactly to meet our needs and even connected the icemaker. He was patient, knowledgeable, and taught us a lot. We were greatly impressed with the promptness, courtesy, professionalism, and attention we received, as well as the expertise that was demonstrated. JD went out of his way to be neat and responsive. ZeroPoint will be our water conditioning service for a long time. Thank you!

Living in Brookfield, near Elm Grove, we have really hard well water. Zeropoint has supplied us with a great system that improves our water dramatically. When we have had trouble figuring out the system (re-setting the timers after a power failure), they come out right away to fix the problem. We do have an owner's manual, but I can't say that I'm too good at understanding it.
