HE HAD BOTH PHONE NUMBERS WHERE I COULD BE REACHED. SAYS HE MET DIFFICULTIES WORKING IN THE ATTIC. HE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO INSPECT THE ATTIC BEFORE GIVING ME A PRICE BUT DIDN''T DO SO.
