+ -1 moreHE HAD BOTH PHONE NUMBERS WHERE I COULD BE REACHED. SAYS HE MET DIFFICULTIES WORKING IN THE ATTIC. HE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO INSPECT THE ATTIC BEFORE GIVING ME A PRICE BUT DIDN''T DO SO.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD TRACK LIGHTING AND INSTALLED NEON FIXTURES IN KITCHEN CEILING. TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT $200 FOR LABOR. INSTEAD I GOT A BILL FOR $330!
