Here at Weed Man our mission statement is "Promises Kept." This statement trickles through our organization in all we do. Our promises is to apply only the best products agronomically and environmentally for you lawn. Our staff makes sure to leave quality notes, blow off the driveways and sidewalks of any product, and pick up any toys around the property. We have even been known to take your garbage cans back up near the home. We have branches in the Madison area, Milwaukee area, Green Bay area and the Rockford area. Weed Man employs about 25-30 people during our main season. We do not sub contract any of our work. All of our fully trained staff is certified in the appropriate fields to treat your lawn. To be fair to all of our customers we do our service pricing based on the square footage of the turf on your property. Unfortunately, the initial pricing/quote you received was based on a mis-measure. The incorrect pricing was too low for us to honor the amount and continue with a year's worth of services, which is why we had no option other than to offer a refund or for services to continue at the correct price. Again, we understand that this is frustrating and apologize for the situation. We try to avoid mis-measures but mistakes do sometimes occur.
