We contracted them to purchase the floor and put it in ourselves, but they actually came and helped us install the floor. The name of the person who came to help us was Ed Dusold. he room is warm when we come home. It makes the whole room much more comfortable, apart from reducing our heating costs a little. He is a very professional, helpful and congenial person. He has put in a heating pad under the laminate floor, and it is a really nice system because we can turn it on by remote control. We can turn it on from work and the room is warm when we come home. It makes the whole room much more comfortable, apart from reducing our heating costs a little.
