Totally Clean came out and did a fast & thorough job and found room to schedule us the next day! I would highly recommend James Green from Totally Clean as he was able to remove lint buid-up from 19 years as our dryer vent was totally clogged. He did the job very efficiently & at a very reasonable rate. I would hire Totally Clean again as it was a very professional job and will use them to clean out our heating ducts.

Great experience all the way around. I discovered that our dryer vent had a severe blockage and the exhaust was on the second story of our home in a very hard to reach spot (about 25 feet up). I found Totally Clean through a recommendation in a local Facebook group and sent in a quote request through Angi and James, the owner, reached out to me within minutes. He was able to come out same day, that afternoon, when some of the other companies I spoke with were a week or more out. James was professional, friendly, reasonably priced and explained the entire process to me. As I mentioned before, the exhaust was extremely difficult and potentially dangerous to try and reach with a ladder but that didn’t stop James from figuring out a safe way to reach it using his ladder and doing a thorough job of cleaning out the vent with his equipment. I look forward to working with James again in the future, next time for a whole home HVAC duct cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend Totally Clean to anyone needing the services he provides.
