They were pleasant to work with. They used non toxic cleaning materials. They were a big help to us. They were thorough.

Extremely unreliable. Cancelled multiple times. Despite our attempts to reschedule, did not return texts in a timely manner. Cleaning was satisfactory at best. Very disappointed. Could not recommend.

We returned to a nice clean house that was ready for the new owners to move in.

Overall it went well and they did a pretty good job.

They are worth every cent. Little by little they are getting to know my house. They are able to do more things with every experience. He's just doing an excellent job. I found him though a special offer and keep using him. It's the same two people every week. My home is just getting cleaner and cleaner. They also always let me know if there is any sort of delay, which I greatly appreciate. In 2 hours they are in and out, very accommodating, if I need them to stay more they'll do so.

They started out great. But, after a while they really slacked off. And, they initially told us what services they were willing to do. But, after cleaning for several months on a weekly basis, they wanted to charge more for doing less.

We hired Tidy Tim's after the initial cleaning. They do a very nice job at a very fair price.

I needed deep cleaning in the bathrooms and a few other rooms.  They got here and went right to work, I felt they did a excellent job

As you can see I thought they provided excellent service. Before they left we talked about them sending me an email with quotes on cleaning weekly vs bi weekly. I have called multiple times and sent messages for the past TWO weeks
that I would like to start service. NO ONE has returned my call. I would appreciate my call returned.

We were very happy with the service. They were on time and communication was good. We have used other housecleaners in the past and I feel that they did the most thorough job with the tasks that I asked them to do. I was very pleased with the fact that they were responsive to my requests (for example, I wanted them to focus on the kitchen and bathrooms and then do the other rooms if they had time). They also used natural cleaners, which had no appreciable odors. I have had difficulty in the past with cleaners who have used highly fragranced cleaners. Great experience.

Very nice team.  4 hours = 2 people for 2 hours.  That worked out to be 3 bathrooms and kitchen with a little dusting.  I incorrectly thought 4 hours would be an entire house so that is my error.  Turned out to help me out around Christmas which is what ai wanted. -I would have them again
