The Key

Better than expected. Steve at The Key inc. was referred to us by a previous customer and friend. Steve responded to our inquiry right away and came over for a free estimate within a couple of days. We got 3 estimates and although Steve wasn’t the cheapest he spent the most time explains the differences in product quality as well as workmanship details in the siding process. We gave him the job based on his knowledge and the referral. Steve was very detailed in the process and kept the job sight clean during the whole process. He even worked in the rain a couple of days to stay on schedule. He even did a nice unexpected detail on our gable peak that covered up an old eye sore. It wasn’t in the quote and he never charged extra, he just cares that much about each job and the final product. We had our 3 season porch sided a few years before by another company and the level of details around the window trim and corner was night and day better. He caulked every seem and hole from gas lines etc thoroughly. We were very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the project.
