I selected $1800 worth of fixtures for a kitchen remodel. Sondra was very helpful. At the same time I preselected fixtures for the powder room but I needed to check with the contractor before I actually ordered them. I called on a Friday afternoon wanting to place my order before they closed for the weekend- since I knew the fixtures I thought it would probably take 5 or 10 minutes- and was told Sondra was too busy to see me (you need an appointment) and nobody else would be willing to help me. I had to explain my situation to 2 different women on the phone (not Sondra) and neither would do me the tremendous favor of taking my money. I was in a bit of a rush because suddenly my granite was ready to be cut and they needed the specs. So I went to a big box store and ordered the same products for less money without the attitude.

Salesperson Theresa Evans provided outstanding service with multiple visits. She explained the differences between many brands, faxed us pictures and specifications of products, worked up an estimate for our plumber and changed the order at our request at a later date. She is very helpful to the inexperienced buyer of bathroom fixtures. The showroom is quite large with many samples set into actual bathroom models.
