The store personnel were helpful and friendly. The jeweler worked on the bracelet and necklace clasps on the spot at no charge. I was told the ring resizing would be done within a week which was acceptable to me. They called the next day telling me the ring was ready. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced for repairs - who could ask for more?

Had a very good experience at Sullivan's. He was able to fix the clasp on the spot without having to wait a day or two. He confirmed that the bracelet was costume jewelry and was happy to answer other questions I had on other pieces of jewelry I had.

I wanted to steer clear of all the big box corporate stores that had staff members working of scripts and systems. After finding this place on angies list, I decided to drop in to see what it was like.
From day one, Jeff was always accessible and willing to sit down and talk with me. I needed help picking out an engagement ring, and he walked me through all the choices, while taking great care to stay within my budget, and steer me away from some of the most common mistakes with purchasing a ring.
This is a very well-run small business, where you get the feeling they really care about you as a customer, you are not just a transaction for them.

I have always had a wonderful experience with all the staff at Sullivan's. They are able to do just about anything when it comes to fixing or converting jewelery and they do it quickly and very cheaply. In fact, the last time I took in two sets of earrings to have converted into pendants, there was no charge. You just don't find this kind of service anymore at many places and I am very glad to have found Sullivan's. I have recommended them to a number of friends already and will continue to do so.

Jeff is great! He is honest and fair about telling you exactly what you have and what it's worth. We had a pile of old jewelry that wasnt't worth a whole lot, but he carefully checked each piece and found several that were real gold and even had diamonds in them. He gave us a value of about $900 for all of it, and then took the time to sit with us and find a ring setting that we liked as well as using a diamond from one of the other pieces to set in it. Jeff and his staff do customer service the old-fashioned way in our modern world.
