TV Repair
The woman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and asked me a few questions to make sure that they ordered the right part. When the part was in, they were able to get me scheduled within 2 days, in a window of time that worked for me. On the day of my service, Tom called to let me know he would be to my house within 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Around 15 minutes later Tom called again apologized and said that he was running late as he had a late minute customer come to the shop (I thought the phone call was very nice). Tom was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing about the part he was replacing. He even fixed something with the cable channels so that there was no longer a delay when changing channels. This was a very pleasant experience!
