My service pro arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the work he did. I would highly recommend using Soft Landings for any repairs needed to your stairlift. My particular stairlift is an off-brand manufactured in the United Kingdom. He commented that this is not a brand he normally works on but was able to get to the bottom of the problem and have my stairlift up and running. I will not hesitate to contact Soft Landings for any future needs!

This stairlift is such a blessing for myself and my husband. We have already used it ten times at least and we've only had it one day!! The gentleman who installed it was from Soft Landings Mr. Pat Edward's. He was so knowledgeable about the product and was so helpful and courteous. Everyone should use his company. It's worth every penny!!

We received a response to our need immediately. An appt was set up for 2 days later, probably would have been earlier except there was a holiday. He squeezed us in on his schedule with another customer nearby. He was diligent and did the repairs as needed and requested. He even ran to Batteries-plus to get the correct battery!! Yeah! The chairlift is working. He charged us exactly what he told us he would. He was also friendly as well as professional.

Pat did a great job insuring the "Pinnacle 660" stair lift was installed properly after experiencing some mechanical issues with the original chair! He brought in New replacement parts and spent a lot of time with it getting it adjusted to make it fit my needs. Thank you
