MARY WAS GREAT. SHE ALWAYS RETURNS CALLS, MADE SEVERAL HOUSE CALLS & REALLY HELPED ME MAKE A DECISION. HER SENSE OF STYLE IS VERY GOOD. THE FIRST ESTIMATE WE GOT SEEMED TOO EXPENSIVE SO SHE WAS VERY WILLING TO REWORK IT TO MAKE IT MORE AFFORDABLE.

DESIGN WAS BEAUTIFUL. HOWEVER MY NEW HARDWOOD FLOOR WAS KNOCKED UP WHILE THEY WERE HANGING SHADES. ALSO ONE OF THE CORNICES WAS NOT LONG ENOUGH. TOOK AWHILE FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO ME ON THIS. ASKED FOR ITEMIZED BILL, AND I'M STILL WAITING A MONTH LATER FOR IT.
